The festive season is an exciting time for most people (no, it's not over yet, there is Valentine's), but for those of us who’ve caught the Disney/animation bug, it’s the perfect time to indulge in our addiction. If you have a Disney/animation fan in your life and you’re struggling to think of the perfect gift then I’m here to rescue you!

Special Anniversary/Special Edition DVDs

I know we all love to watch movies online now but for me, there is nothing more nostalgic than opening the DVD box on one of my Disney classics. Some of the special anniversary editions contain the making of, something no die-hard Disney fan wants to miss. For example, the special edition of Snow White has interviews with some of the Nine Old Men. You’ll see them talk about the production and they show flip through of the original artwork from the movie. It’s incredible.

Art Books from their Favourite Animated Classic

If you know that your friend/relative has a favourite Disney movie then I’d recommend getting them the art book for that movie. The art book will explain the entire production of the animated feature; from early concept work to the finished product. It’s really interesting to see the entire process. You’ll be surprised at how much work goes into the production of each scene before it’s finalised.

A Stop Motion Animation Kit

If you love animation that much then why not give it a go yourself! Most people have some form of camera and computer, with a stop-motion kit you’ll have all you need to create your own animated short. When I studied animation in college, one of our assignments was to create a stop-motion short. It was so much fun. I’ve always been a fan of stop-motion movies such as Wallace and Gromit and Coraline so getting to create my own was a dream come true.

Disney Pyjamas

I honestly don’t know a single Disney fan that doesn’t love pyjamas. So why not get them some Disney pyjamas or loungewear. They are usually available from retail stores and chain clothing shops, which means they are usually an affordable gift. You can often get comfy socks and slippers to match

Disney Homeware

Even if you’ve bought every type of Disney paraphernalia imaginable, chances are you or your friend will have room for just one more Disney mug or bowl. They come in all shapes and sizes with characters from any of your favourite classics.

Collectable Figurines

If you don’t have any Disney figurines then the holiday season is the perfect time to start your collection. Many designers have created collections for Disney but my favourite by far is the Jim Shore collection. The larger pieces can be quite expensive but the smaller ones with one single figure are very affordable and look great on any shelf or display case.

That’s it! I hope this guide has given you some inspiration, whether it’s Valentine's gift or just a treat for yourself! Thanks to Anna for having me on her blog.

As a gamer I love any presents that are gaming related, often people ask what they should get me for Christmas or my birthday as they aren't into gaming or tech and would rather get me something I like, I've put together 8 gifts that even I would love, not every gamer is the same so I have chosen a variety of things.

1. D is for destiny

I love Destiny and although the games are touch and go with others the merch for Destiny is so cool and this book is one of them. The reason I like this book so much is that it doesn't have just one kind of artwork in it, it has a variety. Although this is listed as a kids A-Z book a lot of Destiny fans will appreciate the fact that Bungie writers and artists put this book together, it's the perfect gift for a Destiny lovers collection, you can buy the hardback copy for £11.34.

2. Aloy pop vinyl

Horizon Zero Dawn is one of the most successful games of this year, not only is it beautiful but it has a wonderful story and the gameplay is fun. I've been waiting for this pop vinyl to come out for a few months now and it's top of my Christmas list, this pop vinyl is the hunter and archer Aloy. I initially thought that the Pop Vinyl for Horizon Zero Dawn would be a lot more money because of how popular the game is but it's around £10 which is cheap for a pop Vinyl.

3. BB8 Lego Figurine

Hands up if you love both Lego and Starwars (me!!) at the price of £84.99 you can make your very own lego BB8, it comes with over 1,100 pieces so may keep you busy for a bit the BB8 itself doesn't roll I think it's more for display purposes but it's still a really cool Star Wars lovers gift this Christmas.

4. Game boy colour phone case

Pokemon seems to have come back with a big bang, everywhere I look these days I see a Pokemon related product but I ain't mad about it! My partner loves the Pokemon games and the old school Game boy colour so I kind of took inspiration from him for this gift, from the Phone Defenders on Etsy, they have a list of phones which you can choose from for their phone cases and at £5.45 it's a perfect gift for someone on a tight budget.

5. 3DS Case

I own a 3DS and I don't have a case for it, I have been meaning to get one for ages but I never got around to getting one, within this case you are able to hold up to 6 games on the inside f the top lid and fit your 3DS on the bottom half. The case is retro so for those retro players who own a 3DS, they will be more than happy with one of these. This is another affordable present at only £14.99, I know how hard Christmas can be when you are on a tight budget.

6. Sims 4

I have been waiting for ages for this game to come out and by ages I mean years, my sister owns the PC version of this game and is forever showing me all the creative things she does on it. I actually got my copy as an early Christmas present from my partner James and plan on doing a review on my blog on it once I've played it a bit more. As a Sims over myself, I opted for this on PS4 as I play the PS4 more than anything and for those Sim lovers who don't own a PC they can now play it on Xbox One or PS4 instead.

7. Steam controller

I recently started using my Steam account again and I hate using a keyboard to game, I don't care if that makes me any less of a gamer in peoples eyes I just prefer to use a controller, right now I have my PS4 controller hooked up to use steam but I would love to get my hands on a steam official controller by valve, it looks much more comfortable and I like the button layout, it's £59.99 so the typical price a console controller usually is.
  BUY HERE

8. Venom Xbox One docking station

I use two controllers for my PS4 and whilst I use one the other is either on charge or sits on it's charging stand, If I owned an Xbox One I would definitely choose the Venom Xbox One docking station, a few of my friends have recommended this charger due to the fact that it's not only affordable at £15.99 but there is no messing about trying to put it in that charging stand you just place it on top and it charges and comes with two spare battery packs for your Xbox One controllers.

What to get for: The Gamer

by on 13:31
As a gamer I love any presents that are gaming related, often people ask what they should get me for Christmas or my birthday as they aren&...
Hello beautiful people! It is almost the holidays and I'm sure all of you are running around trying to figure out what to get for your loved ones! I, for sure, have NO idea and since I absolutely suck at gifts most of the time, I asked for help. Three awesome bloggers I admire will be sharing their favourite gifts to get to people with similar interests. Boyfriends and girlfriends start taking notes we're here to save you (and me)!

  • Gamers: What do you get for those of us who like games? Here to answer this question is Elle.
Hey, I'm Elle I've been blogging for nearly 6 years now at "ElleXMay" and enjoy writing about everything from my life to tech and gaming, I love photography, reading and of course playing games and love to create my own art. Gaming has opened my eyes to a lot of things such as how restricting it can be for disabled gamers and how a change in the gaming world needs to happen so everyone can enjoy gaming, I hope to see some kind of change in the coming years but until then I want to try to use my platform to talk more about disability and gaming.

  •  Fashion Icons: Shay's killer style and upfront attitude made her the first that came to mind to help with this question.
Hey all, I'm Shay blogger at "Dear Humans With Love". I like to call it a relatable lifestyle blog, over there I can be found moaning about relationships, given unsolicited advice, showing off my outfits and other London life type stuff. I've been blogging for over a year now and have had a passion for personal style ever since my mum let me dress myself.

  • The movie/series buff. You can spot us from the dark circles because of "one more episode/movie".And Amanda is the girl to ask if you are iffy about a movie or if you don't know what to get to another fan.
My name is Amanda and I blog over at "Curly Sue Review". I cover lifestyle and chronic illness topics. I suffer from psoriatic arthritis and my aim is to provide helpful posts so people don’t feel alone as they journey through diagnosis and treatment. I am a huge movie and animation fan so I’m eager to help you with a gift guide for all the Disney fans in your life.
Which article are you most excited to read? Is there any person in your life you don't know what to get to? If you are already finished with your shopping, what did you get for your loved ones?

I sort of ended up hating myself. I know, self love, self acceptance and all that, but I can't always be happy and excited and feel good about myself. We all have bad days when nothing fits right or we hate one little detail only we notice about us. Well I had a lot of those days, and they continued for a while. I gained some weight and that is what started it. I gained a lot last summer but I managed to lose most of that, only 2kg left.2kg over my base weight when I usually fluctuate around 58-62, so my base is 60Kg. But suddenly I was 62kg and I was fluctuating towards 64 and I hated it!!!So what do you do when the bad days don't stop? I got up, had to slap myself once or twice and thought about changing myself and my habits. I like food, a lot.I am not willing to give up sweets or any other food so an actual diet is out of the question. So I started going to the gym a few months back. Now that was one of my smart moves generally speaking. I needed the exercise and it makes me feel good. But I have another small problem, I got home at 11 after work and the gym and I was so freaking tired.Fast forward to a month ago and my sleep is a complete mess. I don't sleep well, but I also don't look tired (yeaeeee switching up your food). I added fruits and veggies in my "meal plans", they are not really plans because I just eat when I feel like it or when I see food I like. I still needed a little extra. With my very busy schedule fruits just weren't enough, lets face it you can't eat that much food in a day,or I can't. I was happy when Indigo Herbs wanted to collab with me. There was a why-not moment involved before I made up my mind since I'm not a nutritionist and also not a doctor and I don't do the whole healthy eating. I actually am no authority in anything that has to do with food unless you ask me if it's tasty. But I had nothing to lose by giving it a try right? They sent me the Super Greens Powder .

I have personally seen change in myself after I started using this powder as a supplement in my smoothies or fruit creams. I won't rant about how my skin is cleaner or I have so much energy, nothing so radical and magical. My acne has diminished but not disappeared, and that is ok. I do feel rested even though my sleeping hasn't improved. I do feel less tired to be more precise. On the extra plus side, my blood tests came back really good after years of borderline anemic results. So even if the superficial results are not clear enough, or are not drastically perfect, this product can guarantee results where it counts, on the nutritious end of things. This specific product is in powder form, green colour and can go in everything. I have even tried it in tea and coffee. Goes better in smoothies and fruit creams thought. It does dye everything green, as it is expected, so don't let that worry you if you try it.No matter what you put it into will turn green or greenish. It also has a strong taste and of the fruits I tried banana is the one that cancels that out well enough if that bothers anyone.

October is Breast Cancer awareness month and I used the most popular Mean Girls line to get your attention.. Because apparently we have yet to learn to educate ourselves and our kids to go to the doctor’s for checkups. We need a whole month of pink ribbons everywhere to honour those who have lost the fight because they didn’t check themselves, those who have lost the fight because the regular checkups didn’t caught it, those who have lost the fight because they had no money to afford the treatments. We need a month of pink to honour those who have survived. We need a month of pink to remember that we are not invulnerable, we are fragile. We really need to start taking better care of ourselves.

Breasts, boobs, boobies, tatas, melons, the girls, bazookas, call them whatever they need attention.

It was a challenge for me to take up this sponsored opportunity by Glamulet while they are generously donating 50% of this month’s earning from pink charms to charities that support breast cancer awareness. Not because I have my own story to tell and it's sentimental, mostly because I don’t. Truth is, I haven’t lost anyone really close to me. I haven’t seen anyone wither at the hands of this disease and turn around victorious. I was lucky to be raised in times when it is expected of me to go to the doctor for a yearly checkup. My school organized a seminar once, thanks to one of our teachers’ initiative and I learned a lot of things besides the basics that my parents taught me. Like how to properly self-exam my breasts. I am lucky to have health insurance that allows me to do checkups and consult with doctors if anything happens. I know that, not all of us have those privileges. Some of us don’t have time. I know, it’s a lame excuse when you face something so serious, but let’s face it, it’s not easy running a family and working! We postpone it, until it’s too late or until something happens. PLEASE DON’T. Go check yourselves, go to the doctors. I’m not going to bore you with stats, by now you know that, when caught early you have more chances!

What to do for yourself:

Besides regular mammograms? Easy! Ladies, you know your bodies better than anyone. While mammograms are more probable to detect anything before you can feel a lump, it is a good practice to give yourselves self-exams and get used to how your body feels and looks. That way you will be more alert and will notice any changes should they occur. Here are the instructions for a self-exam. Educate yourselves on the matter. The internet nowadays has every information you might need, however, it is better if you talk with a doctor. They will hear your questions and will be able to help you, guide you and ease your fears better than the random internet stranger (yes, including me, I know nothing).

What to do for others:

Do you know anyone who has cancer? Be with them, don't let them give up. Ask doctors, nurses, anyone who might know, how to help them. They need one hell of a moral support. Have you thought about donating money or time? You could volunteer for one or more of this month’s events, they happen in most countries and big cities so if you have time, go for it. You can volunteer time on Breast Cancer Charities all year long. If you are busy and have no time you can also donate money to your local charities, research centers etc, and you can also buy a Glamulet charm. They donate 50% to charities and you get a lovely charm to show your support as well! These are my favourites from their collection:

Guys, sponsored post or not, the opinions are my own. I can't stress enough how important it is to check your overall health regularly. If you have a story feel free to share it in the comments. If you agree with me please share this post.

So the Samsung Mobilers program has officially ended and we celebrated it! Needless to say I was sleeping the entire next day and was sore for 3 days after! But let me walk you through it! On a lovely Friday night the whole team gathered at Fridays for cocktails and food and surprise-surprise our gifts! It was really lovely to see the whole team and meet some of the people that didn't live in my city! You can see some of the photos on our facebook group here! Like I announced on my twitter/facebook/instagram I GOT THE GALAXYCAMERA in black!!!!!

Multitasking FTW!!!

We also got some time hands on with the Galaxy Gear and the Samsung Note 3 (which is my next gadget crush I'm telling you!)

Konstantinos with hs S4 :p (I made you famous duuuude!)
This is the first photo with my brand new Galaxy Camera. I had the same one in white for the last 2 months and I fell in love with it, so when I opened my bag and saw it I was just THRILLED! Forgive the shaky photo, I had been carrying these bags with my other hand (I also had 2 Cosmopolitans in my system and I'm not used in alcohol)!

In case you were wondering my lipstick is the Super Stay 24 color by Maybelline 542. Just doesn't leave my lips NO MATTER WHAT! It's my favourite.

But that's not all! At the same night they announced that we had to be ready for pick up the next morning at 9o'clock so that we went somewhere. I say somewhere because at the time (and until we arrived) we knew nothing about the destination or what we were going to do there. I am not a big fan of surprises (or mornings for that matter) but my curiosity got the best of me! Without further ado let me tell you I am so proud of me for that day. The took us at the Adventure Park at Malakasa. Basically a place where we got to do flying fox, "Tarzan" jumping (my name calling) and all sorts of stuff that if, like me, you are scared of heights, you avoid. Well if Samsung hadn't taken us there I would have never tried them. I tested my limits and realised that my fear wasn't of heights but of loss of control. I knew I was scared of falling and not of the heights, but it still was a limit push to climb at 15m and then try to cross an unstable bridge thingy, or do a flying fox. After that we went for some "Arrow" action. Well all those episodes didn't go to waste!!!Even though my hands were so tired from all the hanging and holding I did pretty good!! I'll leave you to the photos but I want you to tell me when do you think you pushed yourself and conquered your fears? I really would like to read your stories!

This is us! The mobilers team with our project managers from Samsung!
That's it! For more there will be an album on my facebook page soon!
For a lot of reasons! First of all on the 21st it was my 5years anniversary with my boyfriend! It's been a long and troubled journey but we are finally where we always wanted to be. Unfortunately  he is currently on the army so we spent it apart but it's ok. We will make up for it when we are together again! Also we organized an amazing beach party for our uni and over over 700 people attended (!!!). It was LEGEN-wait for it-DARY!

This was our view for the whole night!
Truth to be told I am a house-cat. I don't get out much, I don't socialize like crazy and I am awkward sometimes when in public. As you can imagine, it was quite the experience for me to be helping to organize such an event with my absence of skills and experience. The fun part was I ended up bar-tending (like a boss) and talking to a lot of strangers which was...FUN! There was nothing "glamorous" about that night. It was just a lot of people having fun until it was morning (even though we are in the middle of the exams)! Of course I was sleeping for a whole day to rest sufficiently because I didn't get to sit at all and I returned home at 8.30!!!! This party has been going on for 6 years now but it was the first time I helped and stayed till the end. I usually left around 5 cause that when the public transportation start again.
Before the party all the "organizers" gathered at one house and helped carry the stuff to the cars. We were all hungry so we ordered and some of use stayed behind to carry the orders to the beach while the others prepped for the party, so we wouldn't miss any time! We ended up carrying a desk (!) all the way to the beach because...we found it and we could use a sturdy table.
My brother is the one on the right.I took him with even though he is younger so that he could have some fun.
After we put everything in order we started the music and the beach was soon crowded! At about 1 the party was officially on and everyone who was to come was here. We were sooo busy at the "bar" but we were working in total sync with the other guy who was helping me!
No this wasn't all we had.just the non-alcoholic here. You can see in the back more.
I don't  have a lot of pictures yet but I don't think I'd be posting them here (what happened in the beach party will stay at the beach party lol).  That's all I wanted to say for now. I would love to read about how your days were so feel free to leave big comments or links. I will have an outfit post soon...Got some new things I want to show you!
All in all it was amazing. I saw my friends and made some new. It was an amazing experience I am sure to repeat next year! The most amazing was that there were people from other countries that just saw it on facebook and decided to come. It was awesome!!I love my university department. We are cool nerds <3

(Skirt by Zara)

Before I move on with the leather fashion trend (yes, that's what's coming up) let me introduce you myself in a small post!(I don't want to bore you).

I'm a 21yo university student studying Digital Systems.I love music, singing, make-up and nail-art. I used to suck at being dressed right. Honestly no fashion sense! Obviously I got better at it :p ( I think...)
I'm not rich nor am I poor. I'm just another average girl with internet connection and big dreams. I was bullied,I bullied (I regret it) and I have issues and insecurities like the next girl. The pieces I pick out of every trend are things I would wear and buy. (That's why I won't write about fur even though it's a big trend as well. I hate fur...).
My favourite latest items:
Bourjois 3D lip gloss-Nivea colour passion by Chantal Thomas-Clarins Rouge Prodige-H&M lip gloss
I really wish I could still find the Nivea lipstick.... I swear I love red on the lips but now I adore the darker shades that's been introduced!

And my latest buy! This necklace by H&M. The last one left at the store <3

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
What I want to achieve by making this blog? Connect with others that have a similar story to share. Truth is fashion isn't just what we see in magazines. Fashion is the people.
